About Us

Richard Adams Homes was founded by Richard and Mandy Adams in Toowoomba in 1986 and has since expanded into Warwick, Stanthorpe and other area's of the Darling Downs. The entire team is dedicated to Richard and Mandy's original business principles - "to pursue the best possible outcome to every building project through open and honest communications between all parties".

Richard himself still maintains a "hands-on" approach as much as humanly possible in all levels of the company. He is onsite most days, setting out foundations, building frames, and encouraging good work ethics by setting the example.

Both of them have a strong relationship with God and are bringing up their family with Christian ethics. Mandy is also an integral part of the administration and includes designing project homes in her portfolio. Her love of design and decorating can be seen in the current homes on display in Toowoomba and Warwick.
